مت فارغاً Die Empty - المقبرة هي أغنى أرض في العالم ؟؟ !!!

"مت فارغاً" أو "Die Empty" كتاب للمؤلف الأميركي تود هنري، والذي أصدر للمرة الأولى في عام 2013، استلهم تود هنري فكرة كتابه أثناء حضوره اجتماع عمل عندما سأل مدير أميركي الحضور قائلا: ما هي أغنى أرض في العالم؟ فأجابه أحدهم قائلاً: بلاد الخليج الغنية بالنفط. وأضاف آخر: مناجم الألماس في إفريقيا. فعقب المدير قائلاً: بل هي المقبرة! نعم، إنها المقبرة هي أغنى أرض في العالم؛ لأن ملايين البشر رحلوا إليها "أي ماتوا" وهم يحملون الكثير من الأفكار القيّمة التي لم تخرج للنور ولم يستفد منها أحد. ألهمت هذه الإجابة تود هنري لكتابة كتابه الرائع "مُت فارغاً" والذي بذل فيه قصارى جهده لتحفيز البشر بأن يفرّغوا ما لديهم من أفكار وطاقات كامنة في مجتمعاتهم وتحويلها إلى شيء ملموس قبل فوات الأوان، وأجمل ما قاله تود هنري في كتابه "لا تذهب إلى قبرك وأنت تحمل في داخلك أفضل ما لديك، اختر دائماً أن تموت فارغاً". مُت فارغاً !!!

للوهلة الأولى ظننت أنه عادي مت فارغاً .... أي من هموم الدنيا، من آلامها، من المعاصي والآثام، من كل شيء ،ولكنني تفاجأت بمعنى هذا المصطلح الجديد أي مت فارغاً من كل الخير الذي في داخلك... سلّمه قبل أن ترحل. إذا كنت تملك فكرة نفذها علم ؛ بلّغه هدف ؛ حققه حب ؛ انشره و وزّعه لا تكتم الخير داخلك، فتموت ممتليء متخوماً، وتكون لقمة سائغةً لذيذة لدود الأرض! ففهمت معنى قوله (صلى الله عليه و سلم): "إذا قامت الساعة وفي يد أحدكم فسيلة فليزرعها ! كيف يا رسول الله نزرع النبتة والقيامة قامت ؟ ! أجل يريد الحبيب، أن نموت فارغين نعيش كل يوم، كأنه أخر يوم ،نعطي كل ما نملك ، نبذل من الطاقة اقصاها ،ومن العمل أفضله، ومن الإبداع أروعه..... نكون ملهمين، فرحين، متفائلين نسعى أن نكون فارغين حتى تسمو أرواحنا، وتحلّق عالياً و فهمت لماذا دمعت عيون أبوبكرعندما تلا(صلى الله عليه و سلم) " اليوم أكملت لكم دينكم "عرف أن النبي (ص ) أصبح مستعداً متحمساً للرحيل فقد أدى الأمانة كاملة تامة.

كم أتمنى أن نشمر ونبدأ بالسباق لنهب ونعطي  ونستخرج كل خير داخلنا . عندما اقول خير معناها كل شيء جميل عمل دراسة طموح مستوى معيشة مشاعر أحاسيس، حب الوطن ، بر الوالدين اكرامهم وحبهم، حب الخير للإخوة والاخوات والأهل والآخرين أيضا والكثير الكثير من الخير   عندها فقط  نستحق الخلافة في الأرض.

THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CURRICULUM VITAE

The curriculum vitae is a gateway through which the world of jobs is crossed; It is like marketing for the applicant for the job at the hiring manager, and since the curriculum vitae is a reflection of the individual's personality, he had to prepare it in an appropriate manner and with high quality, so it must be written in the required form so that the job applicant can obtain it, and it must be attractive, so the written record must be convincing. TIPS FOR WRITING A CV

When writing their résumé, job applicants are advised to be careful with the following matters. To be attractive to the reader, and what is meant by an attractive word is not its colors or the type of paper written on it, but its logical sequence. Be easy to read. To be free from spelling errors, with an emphasis on used expressions and correct linguistic structures. That does not contain a personal photo of the applicant. That the person should have more than one CV in order to match the company he is applying for; where the résumé focuses on the job being applied for, and each one differs in terms of goal and skills. To be as concise as possible, taking care to contain all the required information, and avoiding too much explanation. It should contain all personal information such as name, address, and contact information. It should contain, at its beginning, the goal of applying for the job.

RESUME ELEMENTS

Any CV must contain the following:

Personal information: is the person's name, date of birth, place of birth, marital status if he is single or married, nationality, address and city, fixed and mobile phone number, and e-mail, and the e-mail must be official and in his name such as mourad_alg_007@yahoo.fr

Objective: The goal that the applicant aims to achieve by joining the company he is applying for must be written in addition to his ambition to work in the position he is applying for.

For professional experiences: professional experiences must be written starting with the current or most recent work if the person is a worker, in addition to writing the name and address of the facility in which he worked, stating the job position and the length of work, and the most important achievements made during the work period must be mentioned, and the writer should avoid mentioning Information about salary or bonuses.

Courses: Those that the applicant obtained, such as computer courses and others.

Skills: the personal skills that the applicant enjoys for the job, such as his ability to work under pressure, and his ability to withstand additional workloads. The skills must be realistic and real and not just for the show.

Hobbies: such as sports, reading, and others.

Awards and rewards: It must be mentioned if the applicant obtained any of them during the period of work, study, or participation in various activities.

It is preferred that the curriculum vitae contain the Cover letter or introduction letter, and this letter is considered more difficult than writing the curriculum vitae itself. Because it makes the applicant a priority for the job by the hiring manager more than other applicants for the same job. A successful application letter is distinguished by its persuasive nature, and it contains the applicant’s qualifications for the suitable position according to these qualifications. The sentences & words must be carefully chosen and his ideas arranged and coordinated.
